Abigail Christ, LMT
Abigail “Abby” Christ is a licensed massage therapist who takes a clinical and results-driven approach to therapeutic bodywork. She graduated from Source Institute in Fort Walton Beach and obtained her massage therapy license in October of 2024. Her areas of focus include deep tissue massage, cupping, and scraping, which she uses to address pain, improve mobility, and support overall physical wellness. In addition to her massage credentials, she is also a licensed cosmetologist, having completed her training at Okaloosa Technical College in December of 2022. Her combined background in both health and wellness allows her to deliver treatments that are both effective and restorative. She is committed to creating a professional, supportive environment where clients can experience lasting relief and improved quality of life.
